Owner-operated. William is personally on every job from start to finish.

After a bad blow, the yard looks like somebody shook a snow globe full of junk. Limbs across the lawn, a fence panel in the neighbor's hedge, the trampoline folded over the swing set, shingles in the flower bed. Our storm debris cleanup covers the stuff that's already down and already broken: we gather it, load it and haul it off. Here's the line we don't cross: we don't take down standing trees, and we're not arborists. If a tree is still upright, leaning or hung up in another tree, that's a job for a certified arborist first.

How the job goes

  1. Step 1
    Make sure it's safe

If anything is touching a power line, call the utility before you call us. Keep kids and dogs off the debris until it's cleared.

  2. Step 2
    Send photos

Text pictures of the mess to (717) 654-6138. Wide shots help us see how much there is and how we'll get the truck close.

  3. Step 3
    Price first

William gives you the number based on how much truck space it fills. You hear it before any work starts.

  4. Step 4
    Gather, load, sweep

We pick up the limbs and broken stuff from across the property, load the truck and sweep up the area we cleared.

Storms around here aren't rare

On Aug. 20, 2026, an EF-2 tornado with winds around 120 mph touched down near Wrightsville in eastern York County. The National Weather Service reported the roof torn off multiple classrooms at Eastern York High School and window and siding damage to homes along Winding Way. The same storms produced three more tornadoes in Lancaster County.[1]

Flooding hits too. The remnants of Tropical Storm Lee in September 2011 damaged more than 16,000 homes and businesses in Pennsylvania, put over 7 feet of water on City Island in Harrisburg and flooded Swatara Creek near Middletown.[2]

What your town handles and what we handle

For a declared disaster, York County municipalities are the primary agency for debris management, with the county solid waste authority, county emergency management, PEMA, DEP and FEMA in support roles. If your township announces a debris pickup after a big event, use it.[3]

Most storms never get that far. They just leave one yard torn up, and that cleanup falls on the homeowner. That's where we come in.

Before the crew gets there

Walk the yard in daylight and flag anything you want to keep, like a patio chair that only lost a cushion or a fence panel you plan to reuse. Move cars out of the way if limbs are blocking the driveway and the cars are clear to move.

Keep pets inside. Storm debris hides nails, broken glass and sharp metal edges, and that's no place for a dog to go nosing around.

Where we draw the line

We handle what's on the ground. We don't climb, rig or cut standing trees, and we don't free limbs that are still hanging in the canopy. If the storm left a tree cracked but upright, get a certified arborist out to make it safe. Once they've dropped it, the cleanup is ours to price.

What we don't handle

Not the right fit?

Need a standing tree taken down? Call a certified arborist.

We don't fell standing trees, and we're not arborists. Felling, topping, trimming and stump grinding take a certified arborist with the rigging and coverage for it. Once a tree or limb is already on the ground, that's where we come in — we load it and haul it away.
