We pick up the phone the same day. Most times we can be on-site next day; same-day's possible if timing works. Big storms with mass outages mean longer queues — call early.

Do you handle trees that fell on a house, fence, or vehicle?

Yes for the haul-away once it's safe to work. If the tree is still in contact with a structure or causing active damage, you'll need a tree service to stabilize it first, and your insurance may want to inspect before we start. We coordinate cleanly with both — call us and we'll figure out the sequence.

Will you cut down a damaged tree that's still standing?

No. We're not arborists and we're not certified to fell standing trees. If you have a leaning, split, or hazardous tree that hasn't come down yet, call a certified local arborist. We're happy to recommend one.

Do you take wet, muddy, or rotting storm debris?

Yes. Storm debris is rarely clean — soaked branches, mud-caked fencing, soggy carpet from a flooded shed, ruined patio furniture. All fair game.

Same-day service after a storm?

We try. Storms book us up fast and first-come gets the first slot. Call as early as you can; we'll tell you straight whether we can hit you same-day or whether next-day is more realistic.
