Nope. We clear the inside as part of the demo if there's stuff in there. One price, one job.

What about the concrete pad underneath?

We can break it up and haul it out for an additional fee. Or leave it if you want to use it for something else.

Most municipalities don't require a permit for a residential shed teardown. We'll let you know if your township is an exception.

How long does it take?

Standard backyard shed: 2-4 hours. Bigger or more complicated: half a day.
