An estate cleanout usually lands on someone who already has too much on their plate. Maybe you're the executor. Maybe you're the one who lives closest. Either way, the house has to be emptied before it can be sold or handed back, and that's where we come in. William walks the home with you first and listens. What the family wants stays, what can be reused goes to donation drop-offs, and the rest is loaded and hauled away. We leave it broom-clean and can work directly with your realtor or estate attorney.
Call or text William. Tell him who's involved, whether there's a closing or listing date, and what the family still needs to go through. Photos by text are fine for a first look.
Before cleanout day, family members take or mark what they want. Anything flagged stays put, and we work around it.
William walks the house and confirms an upfront price based on how much truck space the contents take. Nothing moves until you've agreed to it.
We empty the home room by room, set reusable items aside for donation drop-offs, and run as many loads as the house needs.
Every emptied room gets swept. Your realtor, the attorney or a family member can do the final walk-through.
Once a room is loaded, it's gone. So before we arrive, it's worth one slow pass through the house for the things nobody can replace. Take your time on this part; it's the one step we can't do for you.
